What is RevConnect and how does it work?
RevConnect is an Integration platform that connects your revenue applications. RevConnect does not require technical users or involvement from IT. It was built to be used by marketing and revenue teams. We typically start by connecting your CRM and Marketing Automation platforms before moving on to additional connections to a variety of revenue apps including sales enablement and eCommerce platforms. RevConnect is easy to use and allows data to map and move in real time between your revenue apps. But wait there is more. Connecting your contact data is vital but you must also be able to keep it clean. Vertify adds another layer of hygiene with automated cleansing and enrichment with our RevConnect data automation platform.
How long does it take to set up RevConnect?
Time to value is very important to Vertify. There are a variety of factors that contribute to successful onboarding. But, we strive for the fastest time to value in the industry which means a go-live of connected systems within days of the kickoff date.
What is RevOptics and how does it work?
RevOptics is an analytics tool that connects your marketing efforts and sales revenue together. First, we connect to your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Then, we pull your raw Activity, Program, Campaign, and Transactional data into RevOptics via your MAP’s and CRM’s APIs. Next, we help you make sense of this raw data through analytics and insights viewable on your RevOptics dashboard.
How does RevOptics tie marketing impact to sales revenue?
We work with you to determine the appropriate revenue path you primarily use within your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The two main revenue paths are: Closed-Won Opportunities, or, Sales Orders. Once the revenue path is determined, we look at the primary contact associated to the Closed-Won Opportunity or the Sales Order in your CRM and tie that person to their sister record in your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
If the person engaged in any marketing activities (ex. filling out a form, visiting your website, etc.), participated in any marketing program, or responded to any marketing campaign within your MAP, those marketing efforts and any applicable insights surrounding their impact on revenue will be displayed on your Revenue Impact Dashboard and within your Marketing Impact Analytics Report.
Can I invite my colleagues to RevOptics?
Yes! Once you’ve registered for the free trial or the paid version, to invite one or more colleagues to RevOptics, click Send Invite within the vertical banner on the left side of your screen. Then, enter the email address and full name of each colleague you’d like to send an invitation to and click Send Invitation. We allow unlimited users!
