DiGiCOR was founded in 1997 with the goal of becoming a major player in the Australian and New Zealand niche ICT Infrastructure market. Their focus is in providing server, data storage, workstation, networking, edge computing, and IoT solutions. From designing IT infrastructure to deployment of the solution, they cover the whole journey for their customers. Traditionally, they were known for Supermicro solutions, but in recent years they have expanded their partnership to include servers, storage, and workstation from Intel, Seagate, DDN, Western Digital, Chenbro, IX Systems and ASUS, which can be configured and priced on their website.

The Challenge

DiGiCOR needed to improve their marketing performance without increasing their headcount. Their main objectives for marketing automation fell into four categories:
